CCV and Research Portal Workshop

Thursday, July 24, 2014, 12:30-2:30 p.m.
SN-4030

This workshop will give an overview of the new CCV and NSERC/SSHRC's new Research Portal, followed by a hands-on session where you can work on your CCV. For those who plan to apply to the NSERC Discovery Grant competition, I recommend working on your CCV now and compiling a list of problem areas for the workshop to ensure that there is sufficient time to complete the NOI process (deadline of August 1). For those applying for a SSHRC Insight Development Grant, during the hands-on session you can sign up for the CCV and begin to enter your data, or if you're further along I can provide troubleshooting support.

Transferring your data into the CCV can be a time consuming process, and an early start is highly encouraged.

An RSVP is kindly requested to estimate the number of attendees. Please email kbromley@mun.ca if you would like to attend.

Please note: This workshop is open to all divisions and faculties at MUN; however, if there is high demand, preference will be given to individuals from the Faculty of Arts.
