Stretch and Mobility Presentation

Tight hip flexors and rounding of the shoulders are a result of being seated and working at your desk for many hours each day. This stretch and mobility presentation will include rolling and stretching of the lower body and gentle resistance work for the upper back to fight these serious postural behaviours. There are two offerings of the presentation:12-12:50 p.m. and 1-1:50 p.m.
