Emergency Management is hosting the second Disaster Chef Challenge, challenging all faculty, staff and students to create an original recipe for a main course dish with non-perishable foods and a camp stove. 

Three finalists will be selected from all submissions and given the opportunity to prepare their recipe for a panel of judges at our Emergency Preparedness Fair on Oct. 15. The winner will receive a 16GB iPad with retina display and an emergency preparedness kit.
