The Faculty of Business Administration is pleased to announce that the Gardiner Centre is now recognized as an educational partner for the International Personnel Management Association of Canada (IPMA-Canada).

This means that Gardiner Centre training can be utilized for both IPMA-CP and IPMA-CS re-certification credits. The IPMA-CP designation recognizes individuals for their broad knowledge, experience and expertise at the mastery or journey level in various technical human resource skill areas. The IPMA-CS designation recognizes mastery level knowledge, experience and expertise for a minimum of five years in one of the various technical human resource skill areas.

IPMA is an international human resources association with locations in 27 countries worldwide. Formed in 1906, IPMA is the oldest human resource organization in Canada and strives to promote excellence in the practise of human resources management.

The Gardiner Centre’s training programs are a great match for professionals in many fields who wish to acquire professional development units or keep their professional credentials up to date.”

As part of this accreditation, IPMA-Canada members can now receive professional development credits towards their re-certification of the IPMA/CP (certified professional) and IPMA/CS (certified specialist) designations by attending Gardiner Centre seminars and/or programs in related topic areas such as human resource management and leadership.
