You could be the one match that saves a life. Registrants will fill out a health assessment and consent form. This helps to determine an individual’s eligibility for the program. Once complete, the registrant will swab the inside of their cheeks with a swab (looks like a long Q-tip). Registration will take approximately 15 minutes, drop by our booth.
