St. Michael’s Printshop is celebrating its 40th anniversary, and it has come a long way since its opening in the town of St. Michael’s on the Southern Shore, under the aegis of Memorial University. Celebrated local author and art collector, Kevin Major, has hand selected prints for each year of the Printshop’s history, and woven these prints together with a narrative focused on the people involved in a beautiful new coffee table book, Printmaking on the Edge. Everyone is welcome to join us as we celebrate the book and 40 years of printmaking.
