Having trouble collecting your thoughts? Need a quiet place to relax? Join a 45-minute meditation class every Monday and Wednesday until June 24, 2015. Sessions are free for students, employees and general public. No experience is necessary, and no preparation is required.
The session is divided into two segments. A 15-minute introductory talk followed by a 30 minute meditation. Participants will be familiarized with different approaches to mediatation, its benifits, and the rule-of-thumbs.
