This session will be repeated twice a day from 12-12:50 p.m. and 1-1:50 p.m. to accommodate employee lunch schedules.
Overview: Our minds and bodies need rest and recovery breaks to allow us to relax and reduce the effects of stress. Ths seminar will show participants how to make time to calm down and reduce stress using both proactive and reactive relaxation techniques
