Do you enjoy getting outside, hiking nature trails, and occasionally chatting with people? Volunteering with MUN Botanical Garden's trail patrol may be the right job for you. Trail patrol volunteers are needed during our open hours, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., September-November, including weekends.

MUN students are welcome.

Duties can include, while hiking the trails, collecting litter, checking for fallen trees or any other hazards along the trails, providing assistance to visitors on the trails and communicating with staff via the visitor services desk.

Please email Anne Madden, education coordinator at bgprograms@mun.ca if you are interested in helping put with trail patrol and/or attending an upcoming training session.
