Go Sea-Hawks, go red!
What a year! School of Nursing soccer stars, keeper Hannah Noseworthy (pictured) and forward Jessie Noseworthy, helped earn Memorial's womens Sea-Hawks soccer team a berth in this years Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) Soccer Championship.
Although the team didnt win their matches, it was the Sea-Hawks' first time in the national finals. For her outstanding goal tending in that competition, Hannah Noseworthy was named Memorial University's Athlete of the Week. Her teammate and fellow nursing student, Jessie Noseworthy, was named to the second squad of the Canadian Interuniversity Sport soccer team.
